While you place an order through shogunwear.com we want you to be happy with your purchase. So if you need to return a product, get it exchanged or refunded, we want to make it as easy as possible. Also please understand that Shogunwear reserves the right to change its terms and conditions regarding delivery, shipping, return, replacement and refund policy of products at any given point of time.

we are here to offer you a smooth return process for your purchased item(s). Any order that has been shipped within INDIA, falls within a returnable category, and is within the 7-day limit from the date of delivery can be processed for return.
– Shogunwear.com cannot procure products: a reasonable time of 7-14 days from the date of authorization has to be given.
– Products faulty on arrival and non-repairable.
– Products are lost in deliveries.
– Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer or Sale offer WILL NOT be eligible for a Return. For Example Bundle offers such as “Buy 1 Get 1 free”, “Summer Clearance Sale”, “Winter Clearance Sale”, “Buy 2 or 3 Products in ___ Price Sale”, “Combo” offers WILL NOT be eligible for a refund.

– Refund settlement will occur once the returned product has been received back and a quality check has taken place, this procedure normally takes 4-5 days, then 5-10 business days to issue the refund. Please be aware that sometimes the refund will not show on your account until the next statement cycle is issued from your bank.
– We will refund the delivery charge in full if the product received is faulty / damaged and you return all products of your order at the same time.
– Please keep all items with their complete packaging and inside packaging intact if you intend to refund any items within the conditions set out. No exchange or refund will be considered without it.

  • All orders will be refunded if the product is received “Faulty / damaged” or within a 5 day period if the product is found to be Faulty (Exceptions apply for products bought in any type of sale) in such cases the product must be returned with all correct manuals, packaging intact and all tags that came with the product, if any of these are found to be incorrect then the refund will not be processed. (Contact customer services for courier uplift date) After the 7 day window for refund of faulty products any product that becomes faulty after this period will be subject to the manufactures warranty, Shogunwear.com customer support can assist in that after sales service with the supplier can be arranged.
    Any product past the initial period of refund as set out above and after the manufacturer warranty period will not be eligible for either refund or exchange.

1. Fragrances, Perfumes, Deodorants and Deo Sticks (Roll Ons) are NOT eligible for a return.
2. We will not accept return of Aftershave in any Scenario/situation.
3. Products with Damaged Fabric, Scratches, Stains or Marks will NOT be eligible for a return.
4. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
5. Wrong Product. Products that fall under specific categories, which are hygiene-related like swimwear, hosiery,
underwear, socks, footwear, potty training items, maternity belt, health, and personal care products, cosmetic
and certain baby products.
6. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers.
7. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, Tags, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
8. Damages due to misuse of product. Return request only on the basis of a wrong size will not be entertained.
9. OPENED Tested, WORN, WASHED, TAGS REMOVED/TORNED & SPRAYED ON will not be eligible for return.
10. Damages due to misuse of product. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking of the product.

Charges and getting your refund Returns are free of charge for dead received items. Charges will apply for items where you the customer change your mind after the product has been shipped.

If you have told us you’re going to return all of your order within seven working days of receiving it due
to faulty products we will refund your delivery charge in full but if you wish to return your product(s) AFTER the seven working day period, Your products will not be eligible for a refund.

If a courier collects your returned product, your refund will be on the card/UPI ID. you used to pay and will be as per the next billing cycle once we’ve received your returned product on Shogunwear approval. You must also return any free or discounted products bought together as part of a promotional offer. If the product does not fully comply with our policy, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

Nothing in our returns policy affects your consumer rights.

  • Click on “Account Information”, then “My Returns” and choose “New Return / Exchange Request”
  • Select the order (s) you want to return from the list. Only items that are eligible for return will be
  • Select the most appropriate return reason.
  • Attach a photo of the product that describes your return reason appropriately.
  • Add your comments if you want to let us know anything.

Below is the list of the items that are not eligible for a return, replacement, or exchange:

  1. Products that are classified as hazardous materials or contain flammable liquids or gases like batteries.
  2. Products that fall under specific categories, which are hygiene-related like swimwear, hosiery, underwear, socks, footwear, potty training items, maternity belt, health, and personal care products, and certain baby products
  3. Personalized items that you requested to be designed especially for you.
  4. Products that have been fully assembled or have been requested with installation are not eligible for returns.
  5. Products that have been used or damaged by you, or are not in the same condition as you received them.
  6. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  7. Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under their warranty period.

Note: If the item was purchased on sale, the refund/store credit for the returned item will be initiated for the same value paid when placing the order ONLY.Once we receive the product, it will be inspected by our team to ensure it meets our returns policy guidelines. The refund will be processed according to our refund policy. For International Warranty claims, the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees – both collection and return.

You will get a refund if the product(s) are returned, evaluated and found eligible for return.
For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on debit/credit card, Razor pay and/or PhonePe. However, this is not applicable for cash on delivery orders. You can choose whether you want your money refunded as store credit, UPI ID or back to your credit/debit card.
